Classes

This is a "Power Class".  You come in pay your class fee of $5 and participate in class.  In our Power Classes, you work solely on one skill, in this case, the standing back tuck.  You will get 30 minutes of intense back tuck training to help you get over the "hump" and perfect the skill.  If you "almost" have it or have it with a light spot, this is your class.  Remember, standing back tuck ONLY.
