Classes

This is a level 4/5 tumbling class.  You will be working on strong layout technique, fulls, double fulls and combination passes through to twists.  You will also work standing skills like jumps combos to tuck, standing handsprings to twists and standing fulls.  Technique and strength in skills will be emphasized. 

You must have a strong round off back handspring layout and standing tuck to be considered for the class.
